Both the products are backward compatible.

But there always would be a tendency to compare both the products. Xbox is the one for the masses because of its low price. But it has low storage when compared to that of the play station. But play stations can read data from a blue ray disc the latest disc technology. This facility isn’t available in Xboxes not even in xbox360.microsoft has been working to create a new box which overcomes these limitations.
